Robert Haisch

Rob Haisch is a Partner with A&M Capital. Since 2001, Mr. Haisch has led or co-led the execution of numerous middle-market transactions across a variety of structures, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, corporate carve-outs, family / founder capital solutions, buy and builds, leveraged recapitalizations and growth equity investments. His primary areas of industry focus have included healthcare services, healthcare information technology and environmental services.

From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Haisch was a Principal with Charterhouse Equity Partners, a private equity firm with a focus on leveraged buyout investments in the middle-market. Prior to joining Charterhouse, Mr. Haisch was a Senior Associate at North Castle Partners from 2004 to 2008, where he was involved in the sourcing, evaluation, execution and monitoring of leveraged buyout transactions across a variety of industries. He began his career in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Investment Banking group of J.P. Morgan Securities.

Mr. Haisch is currently a director of Med-Metrix, Nevada Heart & Vascular, SAMGI, Talus Pay, Turnbridge, and United Musculoskeletal Partners. Mr. Haisch was formerly a director of Organix Recycling and PatientCare EMS.

Mr. Haisch holds a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
