Alex Sacripanti

Alex Sacripanti is a Principal of A&M Capital Partners. His primary areas of industry focus include healthcare services and white-collar business services. Mr. Sacripanti has experience investing across a variety of structures, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, growth equity investments and special situations.

Prior to joining A&M Capital Partners, Mr. Sacripanti worked at Credit Suisse Securities in the Leveraged Finance group where he was responsible for the underwriting and execution of syndicated bank loan and high yield financings across sponsor LBO and corporate M&A transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Sacripanti was an Investment Analyst at GAMCO Investors focused on special situation opportunities. Mr. Sacripanti began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Lazard as a member of the Global Restructuring Group.

Mr. Sacripanti holds a BA in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA from Cornell University.
