Hayden Tyson

Hayden is a Principal and serves as the Head of Business Development for A&M Capital Partners.

Before joining A&M Capital Partners in 2024, Hayden was a Principal and led Business Development for Radial Equity Partners, a New York-based middle market private equity fund making controlling investments in industrials and services companies. In his role, he developed and led the Business Development strategy focused on sourcing new investment opportunities. Prior to Radial, he was a Vice President of Business Development and Capital Markets at Monomoy Capital Partners, an operationally-focused private equity firm, where he assisted in the build out of the function and was responsible for sourcing new platform and add-on opportunities. Hayden has also held roles at Intralinks Dealnexus, an M&A sourcing platform where he led European buy-side origination and co-led North American buy-side origination as well as CB Alliance, a private investment firm where he was a Business Development Analyst.

Hayden graduated from Fordham University with a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.
