Michael R. Bardorf

Michael Bardorf is Chief Financial Officer of A&M Capital, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as fund accounting and reporting and assists in the areas of investor relations, fundraising and compliance. Previously, Michael was Chief Financial Officer at Enhanced Equity Funds, a New York based private-equity firm focused on lower-middle-market growth companies in the healthcare industry. Prior to that, Michael was Controller at American Securities, a leading middle-market private equity firm based in New York and Controller at FLAG Capital Management, a Connecticut-based venture capital, private equity and real assets fund-of-funds. Michael began his career at Ernst & Young.

Michael holds a BS in Accounting from Fairfield University.
