Charles Grimm

Charles Grimm is a Partner and member of the investment committee of A&M Capital Europe, having joined in 2017 as a member of the founding team.

Prior to joining A&M Capital, Charles was a Principal with CCMP Capital, a €3 billion private equity fund formerly known as J.P. Morgan Partners, where he focused on pan-European investments while based in London and New York.

Prior to J.P. Morgan Partners, Charles was at Merrill Lynch, where he focused on M&A transactions while based in Paris and Houston.

Charles is currently a Director of Ayesa, Bollé Brands, GBUK, IBG, and Isla Délice, and is also responsible for A&M Capital Europe’s origination efforts in the UK & Ireland, France and Benelux. He was previously a Director of La Patria.

Charles holds dual French and American citizenship and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin (magna cum laude).
