David Perskie

Dave Perskie is a Partner of A&M Capital and joined the firm in 2011. Mr. Perskie has led the sourcing, execution and monitoring of numerous transactions across a variety of structures, specializing in working with entrepreneurs and families to help them achieve their liquidity and growth objectives. His primary areas of industry focus include facility and industrial services, specialty distribution, infrastructure services and marketing services.

Prior to joining A&M Capital, Mr. Perskie was a Principal at PCG Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm with a focus on late-stage growth equity investments. Before that, Mr. Perskie was a Vice President at Gryphon Investors from 2001 to 2007, where he was involved in the sourcing, evaluation, execution and monitoring of leveraged buyout transactions in a variety of industries. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Perskie was an Associate at American Industrial Partners, where he evaluated leveraged buyout opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial services landscape. Mr. Perskie began his career at Interlaken Capital (now Atlas Holdings), where he executed growth equity and leveraged buyout investments across multiple industries.

Mr. Perskie received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1996.
