Mark Kelly, Managing Partner - Europe

Mark Kelly

Before helping launch A&M Capital Europe in 2017, Mark was a Managing Director & Partner with H.I.G. Capital, a €70 billion global private equity fund. Mark headed H.I.G.’s LBO office in Chicago and was a founding member of H.I.G. Europe.

Before H.I.G., Mark was the COO of Brakes Group (~€3 billion), Europe’s largest foodservice company, and the CEO of Pauley’s Foods.

Previously, he was with Hg Capital and Bain & Company’s private equity group in San Francisco and London. Mark began his career with the Smurfit Westrock Group in Dublin, Ireland.

Mark is an Irish national with an MBA from Harvard University and received a BSc (Hons.) and an MA from Trinity College Dublin. Mark speaks English and French and has substantial board-level experience in France, Benelux, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the UK.
